On April 9, 2014 Linkin Park announced the release date of June 17, 2014 for their 6th studio album, “The Hunting Party.” They also unveiled the cover art for the album via Noisey which was done by Famous Artist James Jean. On his instagram earlier in the week he also posted some excerpts from the album:

For the record that this is speculation of course. This is not official news about ‘The Hunting Party” cover art. James Jean Artwork was rendered by Linkin Park’s team for their cover art. Although James Jean uses the hashtag #TheHuntingParty in some of the images below the artwork might or might not be developed into album artwork. It’s amazing artwork & would be great to have on the album!

Although James Jean didn’t caption or hashtag the following images captioned “work in progress” with ‘The Hunting Party,’ it looks very similar to the Confirmed Cover Art for the album. What do you think?
