Hi there fellow LP fans! I’m Lexy 😀 (@ayoolexicon) and obviously I’m on this amazing fan site to tell you guys about the first night of the Honda Civic tour. I’ve actually been waiting for a long time to see Linkin Park. The first song I heard from them was “Faint” and from then on, I WAS HOOKED!
The show started around 8 with MuteMath taking the stage. There weren’t many people who knew who they were but man were they AMAZING! The lead singers energy was so crazy and fun, I loved it.
Linkin Park took the stage at 9:15 which turned into 9:40 -_- anywho, their first song was “With You”. They featured songs from all of their albums, but more of their older songs. They played 3 songs from Living Things. The vibe from every fan there was so riveting! There was a moment of panic in the venue when LP stopped playing and got off stage. I honestly thought the concert was over and was highly upset since they had only played maybe 6 songs. But they came back and I was happy again.
They had a cover of Beastie Boys’ “Sabotage” and boy was it freaking awesome!!! The end of the concert was awesome with all the fire and sparks. Although there was weed being smoked, and boobs being shown on the teleprompter (I didn’t mind, I thought it was hilarious), it was a great night!
