Such a great “letter”! I’m one of those fans who pretty much like everything Linkin Park releases, so for me personally it has always been a bit hard to understand why some people aren’t evolving with the band and scream for “nu metal” instead. It’s great to read how someone who wasn’t comfortable with the new direction LP took with “Minutes to Midnight” and especially with “A Thousand Suns” still gives it a shot and listens to the music with “an open heart” just to discover their favorite band again.
