We’ve been waiting for this for months- the original motion picture soundtrack for MALL, Joe Hahn’s debut film, is out now on iTunes.
Music was created by Alec Puro with Chester Bennington, Mike Shinoda, Dave Farrell and Joe Hahn; back in July for the exclusive screening at Nerd HQ during Comic Con, Hahn was asked if the soundtrack and music was written especially for MALL and if it was created after the filming.
Joe explained that some of the songs were already made by Linkin Park, but just never made it out onto the albums. He was extremely happy they fit the film so well. Most of the soundtrack was perfected during filming, which took a grand total of just eighteen days- a luxury compared to just one or two for music videos!
A DVD and Digital Album bundle is available now for most regions, the special edition sold during The Hunting Party Tour in November limited only to Europe.
The soundtrack is available on iTunes HERE, but don’t miss out on a limited edition poster exclusively made by Joe for Beast Astray- art gallery that debuted countless expressions of MALL by different artists. You can purchase the poster alone or with the Beast Astray T-Shirt HERE.
Congratulations Joe!
