There have been rumors for a few days already, but now it is official! Linkin Park will headline Rock in Rio Lisbon on May 30, 2014 at Parque da Bela Vista! The festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year with a great line up including Robbie Williams, Arcade Fire and Justin Timberlake.
Remember that Linkin Park’s performance at Rock in Rio 2012 in front of 80,000 people was streamed live, which resulted in a total Twitter madness when fans all over the world talked about the brand new setlist and propelled all songs into Twitter’s Trending Topics.
The Portuguese press about the festival announcement also mentions that Mike Shinoda has confirmed a new Linkin Park album for the first half of 2014!
