New updates have been added to the PlugAir help guide for iPhone. See troubleshooting tips below:
Turn off Mono Audio settings.
Change your settings to allow PlugAir to use the microphone.
*For iPhone only
Select Settings > General > Accessibility and check the HEARING column. If the “Mono Audio” is turned on, please turn it OFF.
Check Audio Volume Balance settings.
Change your settings to allow PlugAir to use the microphone.
*For iPhone only
Select Settings > General > Accessibility and check the HEARING column. If the audio volume balance is not in the center, please move the slider to the center.
